Our history

IPSI is proudly Australian owned and operated and services it's customer base directly (ie not through resellers or distributors).

IPSI was founded in 2006 primarily as a reseller of third party payment technology which gained traction in key enterprise-level customers via the combination of that technology, and IPSI's in-house expertise in solving complex payment challenges. In 2017, IPSI opted to change focus and commence building it's own proprietary payments platform, taking input from the existing customer base of what challenges a future-state platform should address. The EnterpriseSecure platform was born, which continues as the core of IPSI's success to this day (in name only - functionality has rapidly expanded and improved!). In 2022, IPSI accepted new growth capital investment from a leading Australian investment fund as part of its next phase of growth and development.

We're humble by nature however are proud of the payments expertise and customer delivery that we've amassed over the ~90 years experience we have in-house.

The IPSI team have (and continue) to help some of Australia's largest and most complex organisations implement flexible, best-of-breed payment technology solutions for their customers, within an environment of increased security, compliance and rapid industry change. 

Whilst a cornerstone of IPSI's value to its customers has been utilising technology to bring value at scale, of equal importance is our solution design and delivery capability which is delivered by our in-house Project Management / Services team who employ latest methodologies to work hand-in-glove with customers to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved with a keen eye on the time-to-value paradigm. 

IPSI thrives on challenges and thus far are yet to encounter anything insurmountable (difficult occasionally, but not insurmountable...!).
